🚀 High-Performance Production Line

Steel reinforced spirally wound polyethylene drainage pipe production line (200-3000mm). Designed for high-efficiency manufacturing of steel strap reinforced HDPE winding drainage pipes and hollowness wall spiral winding corrugated pipes.

  • Outer Diameter: 200mm ~ 4000mm
  • Material: High quality virgin or recycled PE100/PE80
  • Stiffness Classes: SN8, SN10, SN12.5, SN16

📍 Features & Applications

The steel-wireframe polyethylene composite pipe is reinforced through twisting high-intensity steel wire into a helix. The adhesive resin layer ensures a permanent bond between the steel and the PE material, preventing corrosion and enhancing structural integrity.
