Product Description

Our rotary, continuous operation label applicator is designed for OPP hot melt adhesive. The equipment automatically adjusts input and output transmission conditions. Products are evenly spaced by a bottle screw and transported via an imported star wheel to the rotary disc. Fixed by a bottle pressing mechanism, products rotate while labels are applied according to precise mechanical trajectories.

Labeling Machine Operation

Utilizing high-speed Japanese servo motors, the feeding process is dynamically adjusted for maximum accuracy. The glue application system applies adhesive only to the front and back edges of labels, significantly minimizing hot melt adhesive consumption. The labels adhere smoothly and tightly, forming a professional overlap seal.
