Automatic PP bottle IV solution production line includes 3 set equipment: Preform/Hanger Injection machine, Bottle blowing machine, and Washing-Filling-Sealing machine. The production line is automatic, humanized, and intelligent with stable performance and quick maintenance.

Step 1 Bottle feeding

Step 1: Bottle feeding station

It adopts direct link between conveying track and bottle feeding dial wheel, clamps the bottleneck to convey, with clean compressed air to accelerate the delivering, no scratching.

Step 2: Bottle ionic air washing station

Cleaning process: overturn the bottle; suction pipe rises to cover the bottle mouth; ionic air pipe rises to clean the bottle with compressed air; simultaneously suck particles out of the bottle.

Step 3: Filling station

Washed bottles are conveyed by manipulator. Filling nozzles trace bottles for filling. Equipped with a constant-pressure liquid balance tank and pneumatic diaphragm valve control.

Step 4: Hot melting sealing station

Mainly used to weld-seal the cap after filling. Adopts double heating plates to heat caps and bottle ports separately in a non-contact hot-melt type. Adjustable temperature and time.

Step 5: Bottle outfeeding station

Sealed bottles are conveyed to the outputting track through the outfeeding station to enter the next process.
