TPU Film Making Machine Extrusion Line is specifically designed for the field of shoe, clothes, sport equipment, and car seat materials. TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) sheet features high tension, high tensile force, good toughness, and ageing resistance. It is environmentally non-toxic, antimycotic, and antibacterial, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance along with biological compatibility.
The production line adopts extrusion and roller calibration with sheet thickness ranging from 0.05-2mm and widths of 1000-2000mm. It is capable of producing transparent, colored, and composite products for various industrial applications including medical equipment, fitness equipment, luggage bags, and packaging materials.

Equipped with an advanced dehumidifying and drying unit to ensure stable quality. This prevents bubbles in the plastic, maximizing the transparency of the final product. The two-side two-station unwinder allows for one-step coating, improving flexibility and lowering costs.
Specifically developed screws (ranging from 50 to 130 diameter) with LD ratios of 30, 33, and 36 to extrude all types of TPU material. The nitriding and plating finish ensures long life and excellent plasticizing, effectively removing "fish eyes" from the product.
The three-roller cooling method uses specialized anti-adhesive layers and matte finishes. Independent Japanese servo motor controls and water-cooled rollers ensure uniform thickness and extremely low temperature differences. The multi-generation winder supports both center and friction winding.
