1. The end cap hot melt welding equipment is specially designed for large flow 40 inches filter elements, which is used to weld the end cap of the filter element with the filter material (such as PP, PFA, PES, PVDF, melt-blown, folded filter paper, etc.).
2. Equipment advantages: It adopts a precise temperature control system to ensure that there is no gap between the welding surface of the end cap and the filter material, prevent liquid leakage, and is resistant to high pressure. The servo pressure system or pneumatic pressurization has uniform and adjustable pressure to avoid deformation of the filter material or loose welding.
