Working Principle

The linear dewatering screen operates based on the principle of self-synchronization. Two identical eccentric blocks rotate in opposite directions, generating a synchronized excitation force. At every instant, the centrifugal force components along the vibration direction are reinforced, while perpendicular components cancel each other out. This drives the screen box to perform a reciprocating linear motion, achieving effective dewatering and separation.
