The ultrasonic handheld welding machine utilizes advanced plastic welding technology to convert high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration. Through a transducer and booster, this energy is transmitted to the welding head. When applied to the product surface, micro-amplitude high-frequency vibration creates friction-induced heat, melting and welding the parts perfectly. Different welding effects can be achieved by simply swapping the welding head.
When ultrasonic waves act on thermoplastics, they generate tens of thousands of vibrations per second, concentrating heat in the welding zone. Due to the material's thermal properties, the surface melts rapidly and integrates under pressure.
Ideal for welding, riveting, spot welding of film, cloth, and thermoplastic products. It is also suitable for inlaying and edge pressing between metal and plastic parts.
