It is ideal for welding stacked electrode sheets (Copper & Aluminum) and tabs onto current collectors, supporting both R&D laboratory preparation and full production lines for Li-ion pouch cells.
2. This Battery Welding Machine is capable of welding stacked electrodes with 10-30 layers of aluminum or copper foil with Al and Nickel tabs. For larger battery requirements involving up to 60 layers, alternative high-power models like the USW-4500W are available.
