Product Description
The Metal Soldering Wiring Harness Terminal Welding Machine eliminates the need for twisting, fluxing, tinning, and oxidation prevention. It is significantly faster than traditional soldering, resistance welding, and brazing. By utilizing high-frequency vibration between workpiece surfaces, the machine generates controlled heat and pressure to weld materials such as copper, silver, nickel, chromium, and aluminum into dots or strips.
Key Applications:
- Automotive Wiring Harnesses and Motor relay sheets
- Sealing copper tube bottoms and carbon brush sheet welding
- Lithium-ion, nickel-metal hydride, and nickel-cadmium battery pole pieces
- Multi-layer welding: 0.10mm nickel tab with 0.018mm copper foil (40-80 layers)
- Aluminum tab welding: 0.10mm aluminum tab with 0.018mm aluminum foil (50-100 layers)

Detailed Photos
Ultrasonic metal spot welding is a well-established cold friction welding process. No liquid-melt phase occurs; instead, parts are joined by rubbing contact surfaces under pressure. This method offers excellent electrical properties, extremely low energy consumption, and comprehensive process data management.
Machine Uses & Advantages
This machine is ideal for precision metal jointing. It utilizes high-frequency mechanical friction without consumables like flux or solder, resulting in molecular-scale dispersion bonding. Welded wires maintain superior electrical and mechanical characteristics, ensuring robust, high-conductivity bonding that is consistent and repeatable.
