1. The USW3000W ultrasonic metal welding machine is specifically designed for Lithium battery tab welding, featuring a high-precision touch-screen controller. It is the ideal solution for welding stacked electrode sheets (Copper & Aluminum) and tabs onto current collectors, widely used in both R&D laboratories and full-scale production lines for Li-ion pouch cells.
2. This 2600W/3000W Battery Welding Machine is capable of welding stacked electrodes with 10-30 layers of aluminum or copper foil with Al and Nickel tabs. For larger batteries requiring up to 30 layers, the USW-3000W model is recommended, while the USW-4500W model is available for requirements reaching up to 60 layers.
