The generator converts 220v 50HZ electrical power into ultrasonic mechanical vibration power for the ceramic transducer and welding head (horn). The vibration reaches 28,000 to 40,000 times per second. This power is transmitted through the booster and welding horn to the thermal plastic laminates, generating frictional heat that breaks the molecular structure of the plastic, creating a melted joint as strong as the matrix material.
Specifically designed to eliminate common welding defects such as yellowing, edge burning, and blocking.
Compatible Materials: HDPE, PP, PE, ABS, PVC, PC, EVA, PMMA, PS, PBT, PETG, fiber cotton, and chemical fiber.
Applications: Riveting, cutting, sealing, spot welding, embossing, and melt welding for car lamps and other plastic components.
