Thermoplastic Spin Welding Machine of Round Spherical Circular Joint Assembling Frictional Fusion

Spin welding machine is suitable for spherical and cylindrical shape welding parts, e.g.: Auto & Motorcycle Filter, RO water purifier filter, Water jug, water mug, and other related round pieces.

Spin Frictional heat joins the two parts when the upper piece driven to spin at high speeds against the other. This is ideal welding for large and small plastic assembly as well as a wide range of thermoplastic resins. Hermetic sealing capability is central to the popularity of spin welding.

• Process: Frictional heat is generated at the mating surface by spinning one part against a fixtured part.
• Drive Lugs: Driven parts require "drive lugs" (Pins, Holes, Indents) to allow the welding head to spin the part.
• Alignment: Parts can be aligned to each other +/- one degree.
